In this article, you will learn everything important about the order process and the delivery of your custom-designed album.

How the Checkout Works​

Final Check​

Before completing your order, make sure all details of your album are correct. Carefully review the entire album:

  • Content: Check all pages and stickers to ensure there are no errors or missing elements. Make sure all desired stickers have been placed in the album.
  • Design: Check the album’s design, including colors, fonts, and layouts, to make sure it matches your expectations.

Choose Quantity​

Next, you can set the quantity of albums and sticker packs you want to order:

  • Albums: Select the number of albums you need.
  • Sticker Packs: We will provide the "100% full collection" – enough sticker packs to complete the albums (with some extra). If you require a different configuration (special cases), please contact support@stickerstars.de.

Add-ons​

To make your STICKERSTARS experience even better, you can book various add-ons:

  • Custom Sticker Packs: Instead of our standard design, we will print your custom album cover on the sticker packs.
  • Pro Design Check: Our experts will review your album before printing to check for errors and provide detailed feedback on the content and design.
  • Premium Albums: We enhance your albums with a premium finish and thicker paper.

Vouchers​

If you have a voucher, you can redeem it during checkout. Enter the voucher code in the provided field, and the discount will automatically be applied to the total amount of your order.

After the Order​

Confirmation and Delivery Time​

Once you’ve completed your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation:

  • Confirmation Email: You’ll receive an email with an overview of your order and an order number, which you can use for inquiries.
  • Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time was shown to you during checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and current order volume. Please try to place your order in time.

Order Status​

You can track the status of your order at any time. In the confirmation email, you’ll find a link to check the current status of your delivery. If you have any questions or issues, you can contact our customer support at support@stickerstars.de.

Delivery​

Your order will be delivered safely and reliably to the address you provided.

  • We ensure that your albums and sticker packs are securely packaged in our special boxes to avoid shipping damage.
  • Delivery is carried out by our reliable shipping partners (usually DHL), who ensure timely delivery.
