Operation and Shortcuts

In this article, you'll learn how to navigate the Stickerstars Designer. We'll also show you some shortcuts to make editing your album easier and more fun.

Your entire album "sits" on the canvas – you can move freely here:

  • Navigate pages via scrolling: Scroll with your mouse to move seamlessly through your album.
  • Navigate pages by clicking: Click the arrow buttons at the bottom right to flip through your album page by page.
  • Move the view: Hold the SPACEBAR (the mouse pointer will turn into a "small hand") and move the mouse to shift the zoomed-in view to the desired position.

Zooming​

  • Zoom in/out: Hold the ctrl key and scroll with your mouse/trackpad.
  • Set zoom level: Select one of the predefined zoom levels in the menu at the bottom right.

Useful Shortcuts​

  • Selection: Hold shift and use the left mouse button to add elements to your selection.
  • Lasso: Hold down the left mouse button and move the cursor over elements to add them to the selection.
  • Move the canvas: Hold SPACEBAR and move the mouse.
  • Undo: Use the arrow at the top left or ctrl + z (PC) / cmd + z (Mac).
  • Redo: Use the arrow at the top right or ctrl + shift + z (PC) / cmd + shift + z (Mac).
  • Cut elements: ctrl + x (PC) / cmd + x (Mac).
  • Copy elements: ctrl + c (PC) / cmd + c (Mac).
  • Paste elements: ctrl + v (PC) / cmd + v (Mac).
  • Group selected elements: ctrl + g (PC) / cmd + g (Mac).
